HOW DO YOU GET THE ROSES TO LAST AN ENTIRE YEAR?
We use an exclusive solution and colour pigmentation process to preserve the freshness of the roses and instill them with a wide array of equally lovely colours.
CAN I REMOVE THE ROSES FROM THE BOX?
Because of the way the roses are meticulously placed within the box, removing them will ruin the arrangement and damage the roses. So we recommend leaving them in there, where they are content :)
WHAT CAN I DO WHEN THE ROSES EVENTUALLY LOSE THEIR SMELL?
Once the smell of your FLONERO arrangement fades away, it is time to get a new one! But, while everyone would love to buy new roses, we understand financial limits and we also don't encourage over buying and excess production (we like to save the planet). Therefore, we suggest using an oil-based scent of your choice to lightly spray your roses with in order to return a pleasant scent.
HOW CAN I TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY FLONERO's?
If we process the charges to your credit card, that means that our rose farm in Ecuador will pick & ship the needed fresh roses to craft your product. Once arrived in Canada, our team will take care of the preservation process that ensures they last an entire year. This whole process could take approximately 7 business days (from the date your order was placed). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our Canadian warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Packages take on average 10 business days to get to their destination (from the date the order was placed).
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Due to every order being so unique, our arrangements of FLONERO® Roses are not eligible for returns. However, we are able to cancel orders if you contact us within a 24-hour period.
